If you visit Tokyo, why don’t you come to “Sweets Cafe Tokyo” in Asakusa? Our place is situated in an old Japanese style house which was used as a home before. We serve breakfast, lunch, traditional Japanese sweets, Tempura and beverages in a comfortable atmosphere with conversations, on subjects like Japanese culture, foods, sports, traveling, Ninjas...etc. You can try Japanese calligraphy, Matcha and have your picture taken in a Ninja costume as well. We welcome foreign guests from Asia, America, Europe, Africa and any continents and any countries. The owner is very friendly, the food is good. We came during breakfast hours but was dying to try the tempura, hence he went out of his way just to make us the tempura which tasted so good!!! The owner is super friendly and nice! Would come here again!

Ordered the tempura set (1000yen) and french toast for lunch. Tempura pieces were lightly fried without oily feel. Especially liked the eggplant and pumpkin; crispy exterior with soft core. Will come back again.

We had an amazing experience doing an udon making class here! The food they prepare is also really delicious. The owners are very warm and have a great sense of humour!
